Vy is an observational and constructive team member. She is always ready to tend to each member’s client and teamwork concerns. Despite adopting a role that was unaligned with her previous experience, Vy was an excellent team leader, project manager and account executive as she always pushed the members in an encouraging manner to ensure the task completion.
