We're Ghostbusters

Inspired by a popular franchise, we aim to get rid of the “ghosts” or the difficulties that the clients are facing. Jokingly, it is also a testament to the team's ability to stay connected and fulfil their responsibilities, which were the main factors driving our progress during the course of our 12-week collaboration. This website serves the purpose of documenting our working process in developing the campaign for our client, Kiehl's.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Being introduced to the skincare & beauty market in 2021, Kiehl’s Micro-Dose Retinol is still facing the problem of low consumer awareness and lack of advocacy leading to its rank decrease in the Retinol category.

 

Acknowledging that difficulty, our agency offers the incentives to educate our target audience with precious knowledge about Retinol as well as encourage them to share their experiences with others contributing to the sustainable value of Kiehl’s.
