Project Evaluation
There won't be any KPIs to assess the project's performance because it won't be carried out in reality. To assess how well the team collaborated in an interdisciplinary setting, we will evaluate the project based on its process. This is because process-based evaluation enables you to examine self-discipline and adaptation to structures or procedures (Panickssery 5 June 2017).
According to (Lock 2013), the project scope and strategy, technical needs, risk assessment, and stakeholder interests are essential during the initial stage. In the Project Kickstart, these components have been well-defined and revised according to the interests of the stakeholders, providing the team with a set of guidelines to measure their performance against.
Quality, time, and cost are three crucial criteria for the project execution stage (Lock 2013). A project is successful if it can meet two of the three requirements. Regarding quality, even though the concept proposal was perfect unideal because our insight did not clearly represent the users' interest in the product, we were still able to present the customer with a sufficient concept and receive their approval. The second pitching was successful since the customer provided favourable feedback on how the campaign was carried out. For clarity, the following is a summary of the comments:

The core idea is good, impressive development.

AI-Powered is a highlight as it aligns with the creative concept

Informative short video series: incorporated dermatologists, very good as it associates the scientific image with the product.

Social seeding is also a highlight because of the lack of awareness of the product.
Although there was criticism of the budget because we were advised to allocate a smaller amount on Instagram Ads, it was still deemed a success. In terms of the cost, this factor is ruled as a success since we did not have to invest on filling the gap in the team’s skillset. We were able to work with what we already had and deliver the desired outcome. Regarding time, although the members were willing to schedule more meetings than we initially agreed on to work on the project, the members had to work overtime to finish the task on the expected time when sudden changes occurred. As a result, the time factor is ineffective. In conclusion, the execution stage is a success with quality and cost being optimal.
